was inspired by the manifestation of narcissism and codependence through social media and the far-reaching effects these dynamics have on our society. The anatomically correct heart in the box symbolizes the codependency that validates the narcissist's filtered image and apathetic behavior. By engaging with and liking her posts through sending hearts, we encourage and become complicit in reinforcing these distructive patterns. She wears a wedding band, signifying her 'marriage' to materialism, reflecting how modern society has become bound to superficial validation and consumption.

"The Night Watch"
was inspired by Regina's visit to Lake Titicaca in Peru, where the islands are made of reeds and have no electricity. One evening, while her eyes adjusted to the complete darkness of the night, she started to see things with such clarity. The shades of green and chartreuse she saw that evening felt as crisp as if viewed through nocturnal night vision lenses, with the vibrant greens embodying the energy of Mother Earth. In this piece, she chose to paint a black jaguar—one of Peru's powerful totems—representing the protector of Mother Earth. The jaguar’s masculine energy contrasts with the lush green, which symbolizes the nurturing spirit of the mother and the beautiful balance between male and female energy. To respect both holds the balance of nature itself.

was inspired by the loss of Regina's grandmother and a story she wrote at the age of 16. In the story, death presents itself to her as a winged horse, like a Pegasus, who takes her on a journey around the world. As they travel, she is shown the reasons behind life’s mysteries, and when she has no more questions, the Pegasus begins to ascend into the heavens. As they rise higher and higher, her grandmother blends with the horse until they are one, transforming into a celestial cluster of stars, symbolizing her eternal presence in the universe.
